CNM Additional Storage Request Form for Employee

 

Please use this form to request additional storage space for your network stored data (e.g., My Documents folder, e-mail folders).

 

Please follow these steps prior to requesting more space:

  • Analyze your existing data (storage space is for work related data only).
  • Clean up unnecessary data.
  • If additional storage is still needed, proceed with this request by filling out the form below and then e-mailing the completed form to your supervisor.
